Become a volunteer

Drivers are responsible for transporting EMT and patient from the scene to the hospital. They are also responsible of the handling of equipment and assisting with patient care. Must have a clean driving record.

EMTS are responsible for providing appropriate patient care. Must have satisfactory completion of the Illinois approved EMT course. They must continue to update their skills and be at least 18 years of age.
